      Pros

      Amazing staff benefits, progression, opportunities, a chance to see and do so much and put your name to something. BrewDog is amazing!

      Cons

      Not a con to all but BrewDog is an extremely fast paced environment. Be prepared to work weeks on a project that goes out the window and jump straight on to the next thing.

      - Work life balance - Lean resource - Pace of change (daily, but I would not change it as it allows us to create something unique)
