Pros

The pay and benefits are great!

Cons

Some of the managers are very unstable to work here or with anyone. And they live to/love to bully people. Once you get rid of them this place wouldn't be bad to work

Thank you for sharing your experience as a Collections Specialist. We’re glad to hear that you had a positive experience with your coworkers during your time with us. Regarding your concern about the role being in-office, we understand that remote work can be a preferred option for many. Currently, the position is in-person to ensure better collaboration, team cohesion, and effective communication, which are critical in a fast-paced environment like ours. Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review. We wish you the best in your future endeavors!
