I started out on 10-6-14 in front end collections and went to non mandatory and mandatory before coming to DCU. I have loved how all of management is so helpful and are willing to listen to you and offer coaching. I have no issue with being able to go to them with a question.

Cons

I really have no cons to speak of. This company has been nothing but wonderful and I plan on being here forever.
