Pros

Awesome working environment, bridgecrest provides amazing opportunities for everyone and grow within the company. The tools they provide and the training help make everything about each day much easier. The benefits of working with this company are some of the best I have scene, they really do know how to take care of their associates at such a great level.

Cons

Been working for this company for quite some time now, only cons I think of is each month having to move desk locations frequently even if you don't move to a new location just within your own team. Resetting everything up again takes time.

Pros

Bridge crest is an amazing company to work for with amazing benefits (If you have good health you pay very little for health insurance and they pay for schooling) There is so much Room for growth and advancement and its the main reason I came to work for this company.

Cons

Having a split schedule that limits you to having to go to college online compared to in class. Have to take one hour lunch and having to work every other Saturday
