You build great relationships with team mates.

Cons

You will be micromanaged, if you’re not kissing up to someone be prepared to get called on all the time. Their pay is horrible for the work you do. You’re overwhelmed, stressed, and will be over worked. Be open to have your schedule changed once a month, and good luck trying to take time off.

Pros

The company is fast paced and there is room to grow with good enough benefits. The pay is about average and the employees are great.

Cons

The departments are slightly separated but also work closely together which caused areas of misaligned goals. Employees are loves from dept to dept so often that it causes a disconnect to follow through with development for them.
