Great place to work and grow

Pros

Money; most of the bonuses are uncapped and you can really work hard to increase your pay. Additionally, they offer lots of overtime. People; the employees are awesome, it is very diverse with people of all ages and from all walks of life. Training; I had never worked in a call center or anything similar and they quickly brought me up to speed. Plus the training and development is endless after that, you just have to be ambitious and vocal in your pursuit.

Cons

Schedule; you have to work 2-3 different schedules every week, and at least 2 Saturday mornings a month. Parking; arrive early you may have a few minutes walk ahead of you.

Pros

Not a bad starting pay, $15 with degree.. with the new bonus structure, I was getting an extra $1000 a month. The employees are awesome, great personalities.

Cons

Management - every piece of it. This place is highly political. If you are hungry and ambitious, they are scared of you. They don't want you to take their job. So, if you under-perform, they will baby you and coach you, but if you over-perform like me, they find ways to set you up failure so they you can't be promoted. Management will be the down fall of Bridgecrest.
