Pros

Awesome health benefits! Hours are great, pay is decent. Location is easy to get to if you live in the East Valley.

Cons

Management is overloaded. The environment is not conducive to positivity and growth and development. This is a company where you have to know someone or be young and moldable. Experience and hard work are not rewarded.

Great benefits for insurance, but no opportunity to move up.

Cons

The pay is not up to the state or national average for the management positions. Went to school, earned my degree, but was not offered an opportunity to move up.

Pros

Great pay, great culture & great atmosphere. Bridgecrest strives to create an environment where their employees want to come to work. My training was fun and engaging. Upper management is very open and encourages you to network within the workplace. There are also ample opportunities for growth within the company. You are also encouraged to learn, grow and develop while being given help to achieve this. If you love working in customer service and are looking for a long term career with growth opportunities, this is the place to be.
