Pros

Bonus check and pay

Cons

If your manager doesn’t like you, they will find a way to get you fired. They don’t care what situation you’re in or how hard you work. If you don’t suck up to management they’ll fire you without warning. Promotes pretty girls in tight dresses over someone who actually does a good job.

Pros

Overall I really enjoyed my position with BC. They offer extensive training and help is always there when you need it. Good starting pay and bonus's can be seriously wonderful. Job is so easy as long as work hard.

Cons

They preach about how important their culture is. It is not. Gossip everywhere, if you are going to work there keep to yourself. They stress networking (meeting new people in management etc) which is basically asking for brown nosing. If you are looking long term i would not suggest BC because you can get fired on the spot over anything. Anything you say will be used against you if just one person on your team or in your dept does not like you. News travels fast.
