A single perception can unfairly last forever. Some upper management undermines the day to day work of managers. Outside hires that are not a culture fit. Dismissal of group activities.

The employees. I loved my team. The monthly bonuses were nice if you were able to get one.

Cons

Management! Management was a joke! I had two managers that knew absolutely nothing about what we did. They didn't try to learn either. I swear one manager only updated the PowerPoint and looked at memes all day. Management is always judging you!
