Thank you for your feedback. The pandemic over the last several months created new and unforeseen challenges for us all. This required our team to adjust (and sometimes readjust!) their annual and quarterly plans in various regions due to government constraints and regulations. We’ve worked diligently to communicate more frequently with our associates through company-wide calls and HR communications to ensure everyone had the tools needed to continue to work safely. Many have had to adjust to a new ‘norm’ in their workday. Our Open Door communication style encourages all associates to reach out, at any time, to their direct Manager, BU Lead or HR contact to inquire about organizational plans, or if they need clarity or wish to discuss their current or upcoming project opportunities. We encourage you to do so and also to provide any suggestions to any of these contacts, or using our anonymous option if you wish, on how we can help you feel more informed and engaged.

Thank you for taking time out to provide feedback. Emtec recognizes that the best solutions come from many different sources. In addition, as you pointed out, we promote a culture of flexibility as opposed to micro-management. We also encourage open communication at all levels. We have been on a significant growth trajectory and have gone through several acquisitions as part of our growth strategy. These changes often involve difficult decisions and changes that affect our Associates in one way or another. We believe Emtec is positioned for continued success and provides our Associates with opportunities for growth.
