      - The work machines/laptops are not performant and old - Office space is dull if someone is looking to work from office

      Best work life Balance

      Pros

      After working here for 4years, I can definitely say that the work culture here is one of the best. Make sure you are not crossing the deadlines. Make sure there are no escalations from clients and no manager will ask you questions. Higher management is very understanding and doesn't believe in micro management.
