Pros

The team I work on is great! I feel valued and appreciated. No micromanagement, you are treated as an individual and adult. Very family friendly and a work-life balance is supported and encouraged

Cons

Team bonding is not the same across departments. you definitely see other teams do more with each other, but I am sure if it was vocalized it could change. We also have a remote environment, so I do not really know anyone else outside of my department

- The leadership in marketing is extremely experienced while also being flexible and open to new ideas - I've had the chance to take on projects that are growing my skillset - My supervisor is open and honest about feedback and is receptive to hearing feedback

Cons

Being remote is not without it's challenges, but the team has done a good job helping us stay connected.
