Management uneducated and lacking the basic knowledge required to do their jobs, employees are treated poorly, no raises, low pay rates, terrible benefits "package", only cares about profits, outdated and slow computers/software, all the good people are leaving and the people who still work there are mostly negative employees.

The pay isn't very good. There are dangers working with that group. They can get very aggressive and you have to be the type of person that either doesn't mind being hit, scratched, punched or bit, or else you are gonna have problems. It was also very hard to move up in the company, so unless you are super motivated and ambitious, chances are slim that you will do more than become a shift leader.
