I don’t know what ResCare your working for but the perks are live on site and get paid for hours worked no sleep pay, also it’s extra money coming from the government funding due to covid believe there are no raises and there hasn’t been a raise in over 10 years.
It’s been cuts cuts and more cuts do there no money they took away positions which takes away from individuals. And also adds more work to the staff that are working.
Like it was said office people can’t really say admins they do work all open shifts. So management above admins and regionals need to roll up your sleeves and work next to the staff that actually love their job not due to the company it’s due to the individuals they love. Get out of your offices and pull some shifts and actually see what you have taken away.
Remember the slogans about caring for individuals why don’t you actually prove it and do it!!!!
Now I’d like you to tell me the perks
Insurance is only for full time employees and the cost is almost the pay checks why don’t you help pay employees insurance. Tuition this is a laugh… Employee assistance that I hate to tell you that is called share program and the staff donate so much out of each check. So basically this is staff helping staff not Rescare. Rescare gets interest off the money from share.and believe me not you need to beg for it. Because honestly RESCARE upper managements could careless as they don’t fix anything they put bandages on it.
