      Quick employment test of morality and values

      Pros

      They always need live in helpers and if your a good reliable and have integrety you will always have work.

      Cons

      If you are a live in they dont pay you the 24 hrs they only pay you 16hrs. If your client gets sick and you have to stay up depending on your morality you wont get paid for those hours.

      The client best part of the job and meeting new people.

      Pros

      The Project I worked for was very well run by the Management Team. Great structure, philosophy, and working environment. Everyone feels like a large family.

      Cons

      Little room for growth as our project is some distance away from other projects. Employees don't come and go very often which doesn't allow for much growth.
