      I love the job I preform but I have seen and felt some of the stress and unfairness that goes on.

      Pros

      Rescare is a job that you have to be dedicated to and want to help others. If you want a fulfilling job and feel good at doing it, then Rescare is the place to work. The consumers put a smile on your face everyday.

      Cons

      The downside of Rescare is that you have to work a lot of overtime just to be able to make it in life. The pay don't reflect the amount of work you put in to it!! You will also have to deal with some disrespect that comes along with some of the management!!!

      Pros

      The clients, the experience with the clients, the rewarding unconditional love from the clients, and it is a paying job.

      Cons

      It has a very low pay rate for the type of job you have to do, they expect you to work like a dog for the low rate, no recognition when you are doing a good job, they expect you to work long hours with very little sleep, they don't ask you to work unscheduled shifts they just schedule you for whatever hours they want too even though you were hired in for a certain schedule.

      Pros

      You're able to make positive influences in the lives of amazing people. Our lives are also changed by these amazing people that we serve.

      Cons

      Sometimes management do not practice what they teach. This influences employees more than policies and words. Job burnout is high and should be addressed to keep competent employees.
