No raises or bonuses if merit it’s increase by change not dollars

In addition to pay, our employees may be eligible for the following based on their position: medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off and paid holidays, 401(k), employee discounts, tuition assistance, an employee assistance program, and other company perks such as daily pay. Pros

Terrible, terrible terrible company no room for growth. Stagnant does not offer any incentives employees do not get raises upper management not interested in progressing with the future

Cons

Inability to grow. Upper management not interested in growing the company long-term

flexible schedule (but depends on the team), and an opportunity to work remotely.

Cons

no bonuses. the company does not increase salaries yearly even by a small percentage to cover inflation.
