growing company technology good location adequate pay and benefits company is trying to change its reputation company keeps opening new markets and businesses

Cons

very difficult environment. Some managers abuse their employees. They work very long hours, and have to give up vacations. There is a lot of negative politics, hard to find people you can trust. People are not open and forthcoming with information. The senior management team is insensitive to the needs of employees.

The patients are wonderful. The pay is weekly.

Cons

No Health Insurance, no benefits of any kind!! Which I have the paperwork that states they will offer Insurance and overtime...they flat out lied!!! Schedules are thrown at you without much notice and they freak out because you can't accept . Office staff is rude beyond belief.The owner thinks she knows everything and doesn't care about the employees at all.
