Unpredictable work schedule/no reimbursement for gas

Extremely toxic. CTO came in to reinvent the company and processes. They let go of all middle management to replace with new people. Unfair expectations on how people should operate. They expect that you start thinking like them without any direction whatsoever. And wrote long long documents and expect that everyone will know what to do. They hired some new people and are giving them preference over tenured employees. Changed our titles and expect us to just slide into the new role without explaining how things will work. Questions are answered with more questions. Everything is abstract and open to interpretation.
