Pros

Meaningful work where you can help the community. Staff is all friendly and professional.

Cons

Directors and higher management don’t take into consideration staffs feedback or experience when it comes to making changes and improving services for clients. Higher management doesn’t value and respect staff- NO OPPORTUNITIES TO GROW OR MOVE UP IN THE AGENCY. Poor compensation for the work staff does.
