Pros

Great people. Lots of training and education. Weekly check-ins with Clinic Manager a plus. Some willingness to negotiate pay

Cons

No time to actually complete the training and education. Unable to complete onboarding trainings d/t patient schedule ramp up starting too soon. Confusion as to what needed to be completed first and what could be done later. Low balling offers in compensation.

Pros

Allows for a flexible schedule.

Underpaid, required college degree to earn less than $20 an hour. The company is a training organization, they even tell you that during your hiring interview. To get your experience and leave.
