Pros

Performance is valued and rewarded through promotions, bonuses, etc. Culture is top notch. Everyone expects you to perform at the highest level and own your duties. No passing the buck; take initiative and solve problems. High growth atmosphere with market leader mentality....and results.

Cons

Wish the employee onboarding process was a bit more robust. Would be good to see a company overview to know what each department does and who leads those groups.

Pros

Everyone is very nice and helpful with anything that you need as a new person. The work load keeps you busy and going all day, which is perfect for a person that wants to learn and grow in their career.

Cons

It would be nice to get more Holidays off.

We frequently evaluate our day's off offering compared to others in the industry, our market, etc... because we want to be competitive. As a result, we added the Friday after Thanksgiving last year as a new regular day off. This year, when our CEO realized that Christmas and New Year's day were on Thursday, he added the following Friday's to the days off list as well. Not too bad!

The choice of the word "family" says a lot about being here at Brightree. As far as the Org Chart goes, we still prefer to not hand over a full org chart to new employees on Day 1; but we do provide a high level org chart, and ask the managers to provide departmental information to their new hires. And we do have a company-wide directory that is accessible to all.
