Pros

None! There needs to be a major overhaul in this hell hole.

Cons

Resmed bought this company recently and barely even acknowledge them. I'm sure they have regrets. This is the most unprofessional place I've ever worked. It's a toxic work environment. Waaaaayyyy too many company meetings. Management is very inexperienced and there is very HIGH turnover. HR is nonexistent. They absolutely do not care!

Pros

Brightree is a stimulating work environment, where you are presented with solvable challenges almost daily. Brightree encourages you to take charge of your projects with minimal supervision. This allows you to spread the scope of your responsibilities into new endeavors to enhance the outcome of each project. Management is very positive and always supportive of their employees. Brightree strives to keep their employees informed of major events occurring at the company such as a recent move that is scheduled for the end of this year, or acquisitions of other companies. A big move forward from Brightree Management is that we have been presented with flexible hours and work from home capability two days a week.

Cons

Having worked here for several years I've experienced a lot of growing pains as Brightree has moved from a small organization to a well-known player in the healthcare field. It has taken awhile to move the organization from its individualized work environments into a more cohesive organization. In the past communications among departments was sometimes non-existent, but in the last few years this barrier has been broken with support and encouragement from top and mid-level management.
