Good compensation. Employees care about the business.
Cons
The administration and management are unprofessional. They don't care about their employees. You will be just a number in this company. No matter how much work you put in, you will always be criticized and your work will never be good enough. After the company was acquired, things got worst. Management has turned hostile and they want everyone to do their job and make them look good at the same time. Don't be fooled, go find a job elsewhere. No amount of money s worth working in a company with horrible internal culture.
