Pros

I like that I get paid, but I can do that in fast food and just might go that route.

Cons

Management. Supervisor thinks the world revolves around him. Apparently, rules don't apply to management if they have enough years with the company: Unethical dealings, Poor treatment of employees, Using company resources for personal benefit, Expects everyone to drop what they're doing to cater to his family members like they are more important than all of our other customers. Not sure why this has not been addressed yet. Not only does management not follow rules, they tell their employees to not follow rules because this one supervisor doesn't like what the company has implemenTED.

Pros

Decicated coworkers working incredibly hard.

Cons

The most damaging issue is the absence of a clear plan connecting the company's high-level goals to the everyday work of different departments. Leaders set overall aspirations but fail to provide specific, actionable goals for business units, leading to confusion and wasted effort as departments essentially operate in a silo without a unified purpose. This is compounded by constant, disruptive changes in plans and leadership. Decisions are reversed or initiatives are abandoned before anyone has a chance to see them through, creating a cycle of chaos and preventing any strategy from gaining traction. Ultimately, this instability and confusion directly lead to a people crisis. The continuous churn and lack of direction overload the remaining staff, resulting in high burnout and an exodus of top talent. When the most skilled employees leave, the company loses critical knowledge, making it even harder to execute plans, while simultaneously increasing the workload on the remaining, already exhausted team. In short: No clear strategy leads to constant chaos, which results in overworked staff and a loss of top performers. Recommendation to Prospective Employees: If you have a good, stable job, stay far away. Only consider joining if you thrive in absolute disorder and are looking for a short, intense experience on your resume.

Pros

As long as you keep your head down you will be paid and paid well. If you like to coast and be paid, with lots of meetings and high level of dysfunction, this is for you.

Cons

Do not "shine". Those at the top do not want competition. Upon interviewing you are told "We want your input". Once you are there, I was told "Stay in your lane or else".
