Great Recruiting, Interview and Onboarding Experience

Pros

From when I applied to the position, going through the interview and onboarding process, I truly felt like the company cared and that I mattered. My executive recruiter walked me through the role I applied for, discussed the company culture in length and asked about my experience and it was evident that she was passionate about her job. She said, "as much as I want this to work for us, I want to make sure that this also works for you." I've never had any recruiter tell me this! I knew I wanted to be a part of this company right at that moment. I then interviewed with the team, and I received communication along the way. My onboarding experience was also fantastic! I am now a couple months in, and I am learning so much. The leadership team is so supportive, and I can feel how positive the company culture truly is. Hands down, the best recruiting, interview and onboarding experience I've had.

Cons

I love where I am and I don't see any negatives so far.

Professional environment. Management and employees are personable, knowledgeable, and genuine.

Cons

Still early on in employment, but great so far.

Avoid Brightspeed IT department

Pros

Brightspeed has very little red tape.

Cons

If you are an American IT employee, you will be a minority in the Brightspeed IT department. In my experience and other people's experience, you will likely get frozen out. People will not reply to your questions. You'll get passed up for opportunities.
