Leadership often lacked a clear, consistent vision — saw multiple large, cross-functional projects get greenlit, absorb months of work across teams, and then get abruptly canceled with little explanation. This cycle repeated at least four times during my time there, which made it difficult to feel confident in the direction or value of our work. There were also multiple rounds of layoffs, which created an undercurrent of instability. Some talented people and interesting ideas, but ultimately not a place where anyone really felt secure or supported in building meaningful progress.

Low pay compared to similar roles in region. Long hours, not so good bonus or performance reviews.
