Pros

Brilliant Earth is an excellent, people first brand. A lot of brands say they are all about their people and then when you get there that is not the case but this company truly embodies a culture of support and care. My peer leaders were so supportive and welcoming but it does not stop there. My Regional manager was a leader that works with and for his people and the HQ partnerships are amazingly supportive to set teams up for success. If you are thinking about working for this brand, do it. It will be one of the best cultures you will work in.
