Had a work/ life balance.

Cons

Unorganized throughout the company, poor ergonomics for staff even though it’s an ergo company, the irony. Benefits are terrible. Management has a high turnover rate, staffing as a whole has a high turnover rate.

Company merged several times in a span of 4 years. Many changes in process. Unfortunately covid 19 put a wrench in the works.
