Pros

Fun if you have a cool client site. Easiest job ever.

Hell, if you have the big warehouse store as a client. If you live in an high end area. Make sure to have additional income

Pros

Consistent income throughout a pandemic Minimal stress Don't take work home with you

Cons

Pay is the same across the nation and doesn't account for increased costs of living in certain areas. It may be good pay in some states, but other states it is not enough to get by and people must work an additional job or have roommates/live with family. No room for promotion in certain departments, and will stay at the same level until you quit. Will get minimal raises but once topped out, you're stuck. No personal nor career growth opportunities, nor incentives to grow since there's minimal to no pay raises and caps are low. No increased hazard pay even when working with COVID patients at our site throughout the entire pandemic. Our position was morphed and given more on our platter due to our client being shortstaffed, yet when our team members have been quitting and we are left short staffed, management doesn't set boundaries with our client. Our client continues to abuse us, which causes more of our team to quit, and the cycle continues to spiral downward. Little to no concern for non-management employees and our well-being. As long as the hours are billed, the higher-ups are happy. IT and HR take weeks to respond and require multiple reminders and follow-ups from us as employees if we want to get our issue solved. Having BCBS Texas is hard to find in-network providers for the sites that don't live in Texas.
