Independence Set your own hours Clients are generally appreciative Better than average hourly pay for ATCs

No support for management. Unrealistic productivity standards. Goals are based on billable hours not on quality of care Contracts are not secure and can be dropped at anytime Poor benefits, if you don’t live in Texas most providers are out of network.
