Pros

Where to start, from the on-boarding process through my 1st day, it was a smooth transition. I've been working for Briotix since December 2018 and I can literally say that I've never worked for a company who cares so much for it's employees. I was given the best training and allowed to learn at my own pace. I feel appreciated and I couldn't be happier. I can see myself working here until I am old and grey! Benefits are wonderful, the office staff is nice and helpful.

Cons

I have no Cons at this time, and don't believe there will be.

Pros

The schedule is flexible and provides a different work environment every day. I love that I get to interact with people at their work sites and offer them support in a way that is unique and truly effective.

Cons

If you're the type of person that needs constant feedback and direction to perform your job, this may not be for you. The work is largely self-driven and self-directed.

Pros

As a physical therapist I get to use my skills in a lot of different ways. There is a lot of support from management for industry specific training and learning best practices, as well as continuing education. Salary is competitive and there are opportunities to advance in the organization. The company is growing and they use technology effectively in order to support programs and employees.

Cons

Work can be largely independently so employees need to be self motivated. However feeling part of a team is something management facilitates through regular meetings, trainings, and regional face to face encounters.
