Pros

Flexible hours Discount on groceries Independence is promoted

Cons

Difficult to get full time schedule. Negative, toxic all-business, no love atmosphere. No support or team work. Everyone acts like they’re out to get each other. Very untrustworthy and suspicious of employees, even honorable long-time team members. No training for any positions. Negative/lack of company culture. General negative atmosphere that makes employees miserable and customers miserable as a result. An all numbers, no heart business.
