Pros

Coworkers are great! There's always someone to cheer you up when you're down.

Cons

Absolute lack of transparency when it comes to wages. It's actually grounds for termination to discuss wages, dispite its protection under California law. Wages range dramatically, and there are no set pay scales. Basically, if you're hired for management from outside, you come in at a much higher rate than someone who worked their way up. By several dollars an hour. Full time "status" and benefits are reserved for managers, even if a clerk works 40 hours a week for years. There is little room for growth. Corporate is mostly made of those who started with the company in the beginning, and are just beginning to grasp business 101.

Pros

At bristol farms, you have many opportunities to grow in each department. Also, they are flexible in working with student's schedules.

Cons

The only thing I would say is that the pay sucks in the business.
