Pros

If you are entry level or ten year they love you. Otherwise they will exploit you. If you dont plan on trying in life this job is for you

Cons

Everyone has an ego. Directors and "green shirts" are useless. No support. They cut your hours to the bare minimum to not give you benefits. Promote you with no real power or money. Zero training. Worst managers of all jobs ive ever had. Dont fix equipment. Blame you for their mistakes. Throw away 90% of their inventory yet charge twice as much as whole foods for most the same products and mostly inferior ones. This company should go under. A bunch of spoiled food they reuse. Also ive worked at many stores. They all have failing equipment and negligent managers. Avoid them like the plague.
