Pros

Great benefits. I love the people I work with. You get small rewards every month or so. I enjoy working with customer service.

Cons

You don't get enough hours. The shifts are too short. They give no overtime. They cut hours for months. They didn't give any raises for about three years.

Pros

Nice store with lots of gourmet items

Cons

They don't care at all about employees. used to have profit sharing but got rid of that. Won't allow union organizing. Terrible raises (10-25 cents per year ???) no vacation pay until 5yrs (part time) lots of employee turnover because of those reasons.
