Flexible, benefits, free AA degree Retail mgmt, opportunity for growth. I love this company very much. Shooting for a promotion

Disorganized, sometimes to accommodating to lazy employees. Unskilled and unambitious employees are not encouraged but not dealt with in a way to endorse improvement

I was a barista, they paid minimum wage and it was easy money

Cons

The managers were not motivated at all. There weren't enough employees so everyone was overworked Very little training
