A lot of hours to work.

Cons

PTO not granted, Over worked with only 4 hours between shifts, Forced on call, Religious intolerance, HR never follows up when emails are sent about harassment.

Management plays favoritism. Poor raises each year.

Pros

Many nice people and some very committed employees. Community hospital. Many areas are quality driven and trying to do the right thing.

Cons

A lot of changes in management in the past 2.5 years. The C-suite has had almost a complete turnover. Higher than normal turnover in other areas as well. Poor raises, unfair merit system. Promotions are sometimes based on favoritism rather than skill or talent.
