Good coworkers, local, small campus

Cons

Management, administration, pay, no bonus, overworked, short staffed and they do not care about their employees. All employees are easily replaceable, I’ve seen people work there for 10, 15, 20 years get terminated like it’s nothing.

Flexibility in home care department for scheduling, staff is nice.

Cons

Low pay compared to similar companies and roles within the community, no annual raises, expensive benefits, management is not supportive, on boarding for new employees is very unorganized. Definitely not a long term career option.
