Cons

Negative $30million in revenue Cant afford quality staff or medical equipment Extensive turnover (CFOs do not last longer than a few years). CEO needs to go, he has no clue how to treat employees or how to run a financially stable organization. He uses the hospital as his own personal spending playground.
