Very slow in the hiring process, of replacing people.

The technicians in my dept. are grossly underpaid considering the amount of responsibility that is thrust upon us on a daily basis. The 2% increases you may see during your yearly eval is a slap in the face. We are continually denied market adjustments because supposedly we are "right where we're supposed to be" My dept techs need to be reevaluated but no one who can, will take the steps needed for that to happen. The HR dept seems clueless when it comes to hiring people who are qualified for jobs unless its for admininstration positions. There have been countless great people who have left BH for better treatment and compensation. Never have I heard once from any of these people that BH tried to talk them out of it, or did anything to keep them onboard. It's a shame. At BH, we're a dime a dozen. The mentality is, if you don't like it here, there's the door. There are plenty of other people waiting for your job. I think we deserve better than that.
