      Small hospital. Can be used as a first experience for a better position in another hospital.

      Cons

      Lack of strong leadership. Toxic work environment. Work load is always high. Lack of modern technology to help with training and making work flow more efficient. Everything is done on paper. Rate of pay is the lowest.

      Excellent opportunity to feel overworked and undervalued.

      Low pay rate Zero communication company wide Executive leadership only cares about getting on tv and cutting costs. Cost saving measures are rarely evaluated before implementation often leading to ineffective work flow, broken equipment, and headaches which could have been easily avoided by asking for employee input. Incompetent middle and low level leadership is kept in place solely because they “yes” executives to death or risk losing their job.
