Excellent Patient care and Patient Focus. Pay rate is adequate and hours are comfortable. Detailed and organized Training.

Cons

Staff is not supportive specifically management. ***Cut-throat training environment.*** Management acts first and asks questions later. Management does not see the small picture, only the big picture. They should be able to see both.

-Hands off management style in IT -Staff are awesome -Tuition reimbursement -Decent paid time off -Organization truly cares about patients

Cons

-Difficult to advance within organization -Salaries are about 10-15k less then other similar sized companies -No bonuses -Minimal salary increases (2% tops if your lucky)

Sad Place to work with little regard for employees

Pros

Close to home, easy parking for offsite employees, tuition reimbursement.

Cons

Raises non-existent, open door policy looks good on paper, but does not exist in reality. Benefit costs go up regularly but raises do not come anywhere near to what is lost in vacation/sick time,disability,or exorbitant co-pays. Employees are expected to work harder than ever for no raise or even a sincere thank you. Meanwhile, CEO's salary is published, causing terrible moral within hospital at the one sidedness of management.
