- Remote Work - Willing to cross-promote/promote from within - The worker-bees and mid-management level leadership are hard working, talented individuals who support one another

Cons

- Company experienced large lay offs 6/2022 - Company experienced lay offs in 2021 - Company experienced lay offs 2020 - Company experienced lay offs twice in 2019 - Compensation paid is less than industry standard - Direction for the company comes from leadership with zero insurance experience/background - Work/Life balance is unreasonable. Text/calls from upper management at all hours of the day and night, including during PTO.
