      Nice office with nice equipment.

      Cons

      Toxic/stressful working environment. Zero flexibility with schedule. Terrible health benefits and PTO package. Irrational employee micromanagement. False promises. Unattainable goals. Bad incentive/commission plan.

      poverty level pay, fake title bumps with barely and money, CEO is always gone and cares more about looking successful rather than actually leading success. The whole culture is toxic. Management does not do anything but micromanagement
