      Fast paced, challenging, value employee input, fair, solid compensation plan. Great access to leadership.

      Cons

      Because we are start up we are creating our process and training as we go.. Not always a bad thing but you need to be flexible and fast moving.

      Fun, we laugh a lot, You are an independent contributor working in a collaborative, team environment, Idea sharing is encouraged, Work hard and are held accountable, You are rewarded for your effort and productivity with commissions, quarterly paid bonuses, and monthly incentives

      Cons

      In staffing and recruiting the "work" does not stop. You have to be 100% committed to work full days and sometimes in the evenings and weekends when the candidates or clients you are working with are available.
