Pros

The staff is very kind and always there to listen to my needs. The organization adapts easily to the employment landscape, and modifies my employee experience when possible, keeping me happy. Most importantly, they help me feel as secure as I can feel, working as a contractor, and they always have my best interests in mind. I was also able to sign up for insurance immediately, which is great. I truly believe that I am lucky to work for them. Senior Career Consultant, Amy Nowack, Head of HR, Carolyn Ogle and EVP Client Success, Mike Day, have all been there from Day One, always rooting for me, and there to listen when things come up. Their consistent, positive and thoughtful energy have really made the difference, and I feel like I have a career, not just a contract. Mike gave me my shot, and I am eternally grateful for that. Collectively with all the other unnamed individuals on their team, they have made the ultimate decisions that make me feel like a member of the Broadstaff family. It is much appreciated.

Cons

N/A, except I wish I worked for a company like them sooner.
