- Great company focus, helping Small Businesses build their online presence without burdening them - Every employee is considered a family member and joining the company, they all welcomed me with open arms - Prime location right in Downtown Oakland, right off of the BART.

Cons

Nothing at this moment, hopefully nothing in the future! If anything, like mentioned in the other reviews, there are a TON of snacks so weight gain is a possibility.

Frankly, Broadly does the right things the right way for customers. Employees believe in the mission to help small businesses and act accordingly. The honesty and transparency is refreshing not only as an employee but also for the customers. Additionally, the software works, which is sadly not something everyone can say about their business.

Cons

Though there are definitively things Broadly can do to improve workflow & communication, that all the employees are aiming toward the same goal enables efficient and effective improvements, updates, and fixes in an actively responsive manner.
