Broadly is a unique company in that, from the top down, everyone works to nurture one another and wring every possible drop of potential from the each other. We're expected to come in, do our jobs, but the challenges presented from day to day are all met with excitement and levity. I've never worked at a place that I couldn't wait to get to in the morning! Hard work that's presented as fun!!

Cons

Broadly is not the place for you if you're a loner. It's a very social bunch, so if you don't like making new friends and family, look elsewhere.

Pros

The people: Fun, motivated, bright. The management: They want you to excel at what you do, and give you the space and guidance so everyone finds their definition of success. The atmosphere: lots of buy-in from all corners. Everyone believes we're providing value to our customers, and by creating good products, we all benefit.

Cons

The office is only a few blocks away from some potentially unsafe neighborhoods in Oakland, although most of that can be avoided. No retirement savings plan. Sometimes the music is too loud. Too easy to overdo it on the snacks/weekly catered lunches.
