Pros

Not really any pros to mention. I guess there are a few nice people who work there but that is about it. Not a good place. It is miserable with terrible management.

Cons

The company is on a path to disaster as innovative tech companies will take them out. The worst management ever seen. Not strategic in any way. It's like a finance organization from the 1940"s. Senior management is a joke. People here would not remotely survive in the real world. People Get promoted because of who they know not based upon your talent. Worst place I've ever been. Leaving soon.

Pros

Decent 401(K) match Casual dress code

Cons

Bullying is ignored. My boss was a bully so I complained to his boss and HR but no one did anything about it. He’s still there but I got fired.
